A Special Treat in the Heart of the Walled Garden
This Mother’s Day, we’re opening the Café for a relaxed and delicious cream teas, perfect for celebrating the loved ones in our lives.
Sit back and enjoy a freshly made, cream tea with warm, house made scones with clotted cream & jam. Delicious savoury option available too. Served with freshly brewed Bird & Blend tea or Pharmacie coffee for £9.50 per person.
Want to make it extra special? Add a glass of Plumpton Estate Charmat to toast the occasion for £14.50 per person.
Soak up the peaceful surroundings of the walled garden at One Kitchen, a beautiful spot to relax, chat, and enjoy time together.
The Café is a walk-in only, so feel free to drop by whenever you like.

A walled garden, rediscovered, reinvented, and opened to the public. Rooted in the past, it focuses on the inspiration for the future. Whether for eating, meeting, pleasure or plants, One Garden Brighton is a place for everyone, with something different to discover every day.
Drop in to One Kitchen for fresh coffee and cakes made by our wonderful in-house bakery team and freshly baked each day in our bakery with organic flour. Our coffee is roasted by Pharmacie and delivered to us on e-bike fresh each week from their roastery in Lewes and brewed with La Marzocco espresso machines.
Visit our shop to pick up a plant grown on site by our gardening team or shop our range of local independent suppliers from Sussex. Our Plumpton Estate wine made by Plumpton College is also available to purchase along with a range of local cheeses and meat from Lambert Farm at Plumpton College.

Let your little adventures play, discover, and explore the gardens on our popular free* Spring Trail from March 28th - 12th April.
Embark on a charming Spring trail designed for delightful explorers of primary school age. Wander through the garden as it comes to life for Spring, and where every corner holds a hidden surprise and joyous Easter-themed discoveries await.
As they follow the trail, they’ll learn about nature, wildlife and the great outdoors - all while having plenty of fun along the way.
Open 9.30 - 5pm daily.
No need to book, everyone welcome, just drop in.
