Things to do
Courtown Adventure and Leisure Centre offers 3 separate pools and a large water slide. Kids can cool off in the water playground. The indoor facility means you don't need the weather for the water park fun!
Build your confidence in the water in children's swimming lessons at Courtown Leisure Centre! These sessions run on a term-based system whereby kids can build their skills and have the opportunity to move up swimming groups. Swim Academy is open for children 4 years and older.
Learning isn't just for the kids though! If you are an adult looking to develop your swimming skills then rest assured, there are adult lessons too for beginners and advanced swimmers. Pick from beginner, intermediate, and advanced lessons.
Pump some iron in the gym or take up some fitness classes! There are plenty of gym facilities to equip your fitness journey. If you are looking to get your fix of cardio Have a go on cross trainers, treadmills, Upright Bikes, Recumbent Bikes, Steppers & more.
For strength & conditioning sessions, you can use the Seated Chest Press, Lat Pulldown, Shoulder Press, Leg Extension, Seated Leg Curl, Leg Press, seated Abdominal Curl, and more.
Improve mindfulness or get your endorphins popping in Aqua fit, Spinning, Pilates, Pump, HIIT and Circuit classes.

The Gravity Extreme Junior course is ideal for 3 to 6s and lets them get into the spirit of things without getting too far out of their depth.
