Attraction Information

Bouncing is the name of the game at Atom Trampoline Park. It’s great fun, good exercise, and your kids won’t want to leave!

Hop into open trampoline sessions for an hour of nonstop bouncing. There are Mini Atom sessions where parents and tiny tots can bounce together. This includes kids under 7 and allows max two children per adult. Bouncers with special needs can enjoy Atom Freedom where their carers can join in for free; then there's the fitness classes which work on your strength and stamina in a fun, sociable environment. These are available for different age groups and abilities, just make sure to check out times beforehand.

Aside from lots of fun, what are the benefits of bouncing for your little ones? The team at Atom say that it’s twice as effective as running for fitness, it helps improve balance and raises your heart rate. With that in mind, birthday party packages are a great shout for groups with bags of energy, plus there’s a special party room for them to enjoy.
