The Seaforde Tropical Butterfly House features an awesome flight area with hundreds of free-flying exotic butterflies alongside Ireland's oldest maze!

See the entire life of butterflies first hand and experience the graceful majesty of these creatures. The carefully replicated landscape also houses a wonderful display of tropical insects and reptiles from Africa, Asia, Australia and the Americas.

Unlike the butterflies, these are safely housed behind glass so you can marvel at their monstrous beauty from a point of reassuring safety! Seaforde Gardens also has a family friendly tearoom, a Butterfly themed shop and a children's adventure playground on offer to help keep the kids occupied and entertained!
