Being in the pool is not only a great workout; it’s also an important skill for children to learn. Whether you have little ones that you want to introduce to the water, or you’re looking for a learn-to-swim programme there are experienced and qualified coaches on hand to help and advise you.

The pool isn’t just for the kids! You can get advice on how to improve your stroke, work on your own technique or join an aqua fitness class. Exercising in the water is ideal for those who are suffering from an injury as its low impact and supportive. You may never go back to dry land sports again!
