By Bus

Over 100 buses arrive hourly at the Public Transport Interchange. The Service 100 'Metrocentre Shuttle' is the most direct link from Newcastle City Centre (Blackett Street/Central Station). Other operators include Nexus, Go North East, and Arriva.

By Train

The Metrocentre has its own station on the national rail network, with regular services from Newcastle Central Station taking roughly 7–12 minutes.

By Metro

While the Tyne and Wear Metro does not go directly to the centre, passengers can travel to nearby stations (e.g., Monument, Central, Gateshead) and transfer to a bus at the transport interchange.
