Want to take on the wilderness but can’t go too far from home? Head straight to Bear Grylls Adventure in Birmingham! This thrilling new attraction gives you the chance to face incredible mental and physical challenges, inspired by Bear’s various antics around the globe. Choose from Climbing, Diving & Snorkelling, High Ropes and iFly Indoor Skydiving to design your perfect adventure.

All Adventures give you access to Assault Course & Archery as well - can you hit the targets in our Archery range and sprint over the obstacles of our Royal Marines inspired assault course? Tackle Bear's favourite challenges to see what you and your family are made of.

Wear lace up trainers. No slip on shoes or flip flops and definitely no high heels.Jewellery, rings and watches mustn't be worn. All loose items (keys, wallets, bags, phones) will need to be secured in the complimentary lockers during activities. Hijabs and other head-wear that will interfere with our safety equipment mustn't be worn, but buffs and sport hijabs will be permitted. We'll also have buffs available in our retail shop to replace them.Guests taking part in high ropes or climbing will need to tie back long hair to keep it free from harnesses ropes and obstacles.If you are diving or cage snorkelling bring a swimming costume and towel.
