Adventure seekers can choose from nine epic activities, from archery and a Royal Marines-inspired assault course (complete with scramble nets, monkey bars, traverse beams, a challenging rolling log and a-frames) to indoor skydiving and shooting. Indoor Climbing Experience

You'll be spoilt for choice with 20 routes to pick from that are inspired and modelled on real-life mountains, including El Captain, Mount Everest and Fontainebleau. With an hour-long climbing challenge indoors, you'll be briefed in the Everest mountain hut and warm up in a cave before heading off to your first obstacle, the climbing wall. It's an awesome experience for those who love to reach new heights! Harness up and see if you can reach the top!

Thrilling Archery Experience 

Whether you have any archery experience or want to channel your inner Robin Hood or Katniss Everdeen - you can strike an arrow here. With a 45-minute Archery session, you can shoot at the target as often as possible. You'll practise for a while, get to grips with bow and arrow, and start testing your skills. One of many exciting challenges you can experience here. See if you can strike the bullseye more than once!

High Ropes

Did you know that Bear Grylls Adventure is home to Europe's tallest high ropes course? Standing at an almighty 65 feet tall and with 36 different obstacles to tackle, it is a must for those with a head for heights! You'll admire the stunning views as you dive head-first into an epic experience. You're certainly in for a family adventure that will last the test of time!

And if guests fancy leaving the ground behind altogether, they are home to one of only five iFly vertical wind tunnels in the UK! This will definitely get your adrenaline pumping as you experience the awesome sensation of free fall flight with iFly wind tunnels!

On The Ground Activities

For guests who prefer to keep their feet firmly on the ground, there are even more adrenaline-pumping activities, such as shooting and archery. Make sure to check out their axe throwing range - you'll feel like Thor by the end of your experience! 

Diving with Sharks

Brave enough to face the jaws of a shark? Then, this shark dive may be up your street. With a 120-minute dive adventure, you can immerse yourself beneath the tropical water, where you'll be surrounded by incredible aquatic creatures, including Blacktip sharks, Nurse sharks and tropical fish... are you ready for this thrilling dive?

Don't worry; you're in perfectly safe hands with this incredible challenge! You'll be fully kitted up and briefed by the pro dive team before you plunge into their stunning ocean tank! Make sure to read the medical advice before you book. Every diver also receives a PADI beginners' certificate and generates a donation to The Shark Trust.

Cage Snorkel

Another one for those water lovers. Travel under the waves for an unforgettable adventure with cage snorkelling. Discover the tropical reef world, home to over 1,000 species of aquatic inhabitants. Come face to face with blacktip reef sharks and cow nose rays, with nothing but the bars of a snorkel cage between you.
