Swimming and diving are great exercise and loads of fun so it's a great activity for playdates and family time. It's not only loads of fun and good for your fitness levels but of course it can also be a lifesaving skill so it's well worth going regularly to keep the little ones safe when they're out of sight.
There is also a full sized, floodlit synthetic pitch for ball games, athletics track, dance studio, spin studio and a spa suite for parents if you've enough along with you to share supervision to allow you to steal away for half an hour! There are also regular half-term activity clubs with varying activities and games etc led by staff.
