Bars open for drinks and snacks at 1pm for matinees and 6pm for evening performances.
Once the auditorium is open you are also able to order and have your items delivered to your seat.
For those who have booked Lounge packages, the Ambassador Lounge is also open from 1pm for matinees and 6pm for evening performances.
Accessibility
- At the Piccadilly theatre, disabled audience members and their carers are usually eligible for a discounted ticket rate. If you wish to book access tickets or would like to book tickets on behalf of a disabled patron, then it is best to call the Piccadilly Theatre access line on 0333 009 5399.
- Getting into the venue: A drop-off point is located down a side street next to the theatre. An accessible entrance is available at the side of the building on Sherwood Street, leading directly to the Royal Circle seating.
- All sections of the theatre must be accessed by stairs, as there is no customer lift.
- Accessible seats are located in the Royal Circle, A28. There is one fixed wheelchair space in Row A and two spaces in Box C.
- The Stalls are accessible via 22 steps down from the theatre foyer. Extra legroom can be found in the front row, Row P and seats D1, D28, H1, H28, K1 and K30. Extra legroom can be found in Row B of the Royal Circle.
- The Grand Circle is not suitable for those with limited mobility.
