Located in the historic and tranquil village of Kirkleatham on the grounds of the Kirkleatham Old Hall, Kirkleatham Owl Centre was established in 1990. Did you know that this Owl Centre is one of the oldest dedicated owl centres in the world? It's now home to a range of creatures including meerkats, rabbits, vultures and emus.

Prepare to be dazzled by the diverse array of animals that call Kirkleatham Owl Centre home. From majestic owls to playful meerkats, each creature has its own unique charm that will capture your heart. Get up close and personal with their feathered residents during captivating owl encounters, where you can learn all about these fascinating creatures from their knowledgeable staff. You can even meet baby owls!!! How adorable! 

Loads of Animals at the Centre!

The centre has loads of different animals including meerkats, vultures, emus, rabbits and so much more Oh, and not to mention owls! 

They are a Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre!

Kirkleatham Owl Centre is the area's only specialist Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre. They treat hundreds of wildlife casualties every year.

Over 100 birds in the centre!

Kirkleatham Owl Centre has over 100 birds in the centre as well as free flying displays!
