Chingford Leisure Centre is located halfway along New Road close to the Harvester between Chingford Mount and Highams Park. Bus routes 357, 275, W16 and 444 stop right outside the centre. There are some local cycle routes and ten bike racks for use whilst visiting the centre. Free car parking is available. Chingford Leisure Centre is community focused with something to suit everyone. Whether you're looking to improve your fitness, socialise, learn to swim or just have fun. Free WiFi is available and the centre is fitted with hearing loops. A spacious, newly refurbished gym offers multiple stations and a great environment for exercising. Personal trainers are available. The centre offers a host of fitness classes programmed weekly in the newly refurbished studio. We offer a 25 metre, 6 lane pool as well as a small teaching pool. The centre is open 6am-10pm weekdays and 8am-5pm weekends. Better swim lessons are available for all ages and abilities starting from the very young (Swimbies) to adults (Swim Doctor). All booking is available online.
