Bayford Meadows
Sittingbourne, KentAbout Bayford Meadows
Bayford Meadows Kart Circuit in Sittingbourne, Kent is one of the country's premier outdoor floodlit karting circuits. Featuring an 1100m MSA licensed circuit set within a 12 acre landscaped site, Bayford Meadows is able to tailor events for a circle of friends, or a group of children, and hosts in excess of 300 exclusive Grand Prix and Endurance events per year!
There are a number of hire options available, but if the kids simply want to have a go, then Junior Hire or Arrive N Drive are the best options. The fleet of Junior Leisure Karts includes different sizes to accommodate all ages and abilities, and the karts are suitable for drivers between 9 to 15 years old, with or without previous karting experience. The chassis of their karts have adjustable pedals and restricted engines to ensure a safe but exhilarating driving experience for young drivers.
All driving sessions are supervised, and include basic tuition, a safety briefing, plus all necessary safety wear. It is therefore a good idea to allow at least an additional 30 minutes to your driving time when planning your visit.
If the kids want an original and exciting birthday party or special occasion, Junior Karting parties are available, and include exclusive use of the circuit (weekday evenings only), a full supervised 30 minute driver session, awards for all drivers, and a meal.
Recommended minimum height 135cm, although seat inserts and pedal extensions can be provided for children up to 10cm shorter than this.
