About Barry Island Pleasure Park
Barry Island Pleasure Park offers a great family thrill right alongside the terrific Whitmore bay beach's natural treasures, boasting 7 thrilling new rides including classics like the dodgems and the waltzers, plus another 6 which are just for small kids (and mum!). These include teacup ride, trampolines, mini coaster, paratrooper, fun house, mirror maze, swinging chairs, pony ride and blow up slide!
The rides are fairly vintage but clean and well maintained and the atmosphere is very much that of a family venue and you can get non electronic pleasures from it too like the mirror maze and gentle pony rides. All in all you'll find something to do for all ages but not necessarily in the same quantities, with the over 10s probably being least catered to.
Add to this the usual miasma of intriguing stall games and their tempting prizes, tasty snacks you can smell across the island, bonus activities like the Water Walker Balls and an exciting mini arcade, you've got a classic beach side jaunt right here folks: Roll Up!
