Cairngorm Sleddog Centre will offer an experience like no other! As one of the only working sleddog centres in the UK it’s the ideal first stop for adventurous families. Meet some of the 30 sleddogs and go out on 18 miles worth of runs across 4 different routes.

Take the time to get to know the dogs and learn the controls before experiencing, first hand, the thrill, speed and strength of the sleddog team! If you can slow down long enough to see it there are amazing views on the way around! An experience unique to Aviemore family days out!

Once you’re back on two legs why not take on a challenge of the aerial kind at Treezone? This high rope activity and assault course is suitable for over 7s and will have you balancing, crawling and scrambling way up in the trees!

Keep the adrenalin pumping at Outdoor Discovery, where you can jump on a quad bike, try not to get wiped out on the surf simulator, play laser tag and even enjoy a few different snow sports.

It’s Christmas all year round at the Cairngorn Reindeer Centre. Come meet and stroke these beautiful, gentle animals that are enjoying a well-deserved rest and recuperation before 24th December comes round again.

Finally get your binoculars ready to spot magnificent birds of prey flying in the distance over at Loch Garten Osprey Centre. Pick up a pair of binoculars and watch these birds in their natural habitat. Just don’t make too much noise!
