The Climbing Academy Boulder Club Glasgow
Glasgow, Glasgow and StrathclydeAbout The Climbing Academy Boulder Club Glasgow
The Climbing Academy is Glasgow's purpose built bouldering wall. We have great facilities for adult climbers as well as sessions for kids aged 8 to 16 on ourBoulder Club. Boulder Club is a progressive course starting with a Taster session (which adults can also attend), and working up through Level 1 to 5 (kids only). On completion of each level we provide you with a certificate. And if you decide you really love it and have a passion for climbing you may want to try out for our squad who are a team of young climbers who compete nationally in climbing competitions every year. Please see our youth section through the link for more details on prices and timetables.
If you are interested in climbing as a family, we also provideFamily Induction Sessions which are for 2 adults and 2 children. This session costs £50, and includes lifetime membership (normally £10) for any participant aged 18 years +. Once you are a member of TCA you can come down and climb whenever we are open, and you can sign in up to 2 guests, so you could sign in your kids and supervise them climbing!
Another way to do this is to attend the Adult Induction session which costs £20 per person and includes lifetime membership.
