This local nature reserve has an abundance of nature viewing opportunities, overlooking beautiful views around and across the lake. There are plenty of woodland walks where you and the family can discover local wildlife and let the sound of the trees rustling in the wind around you soothe your busy mind. 

Stop for lunch on one of the picnic tables or pop into the visitor centre for a coffee and a piece of gingerbread man or flapjack. Being outdoors is a great escape, so wrap up for the weather and nourish your soul!
