The National Ice Centre is the hub for all things ice skating! It's the UK's centre for ice sports excellence, with a varying range of sessions designed to suit all ages and abilities, from disco to family sessions to themed parties! The National Ice Centre complex is the UKs rst twin ice pad facility made up of 2 Olympic size ice rinks, one of which transforms into the Motorpoint Arena Nottingham, the biggest entertainment venue in the East Midlands. There are a range of skating sessions on oer to suit all ages and abilities every day, from the loudest disco to quieter sessions for beginners and families. The NIC is also home to Ice Locker - the UK's biggest ice sports store, the Great Britain Short Track Speed Skating Squad and The Nottingham Panthers: the oldest and one of the most successful ice hockey teams in the country! Top class facilities and coaching sta for a whole range of ice sports are on oer, from Synchronized Skating to Ice Hockey and Short Track Speed Skating to Figure skating! Plus on-ice equipment available for support and fun include Penguins, Seals and Bananas! So come on, get your skates on!

Enjoy parking within just a few minutes’ walk of the National Ice Centre! If you park at NCP Stoney Street, please visit Skate Hire to validate your ticket to get a discount of £1.20 per hour for the first three hours of parking.
