Holme Pierrepont Country Park is an excellent choice if you and the kids are feeling active, with loads of activities available on water and land.
Your young adventurers will love learning new skills, trying different activities and having fun. The events held during School holidays are also a great chance for kids to meet others their own age and include activities such as Ecombat, Bushcraft, Bell Boating and Treasure Hunts, which also exercise the brain!
The Family Fun Park offers cycle and segway hire, an Activity course, and the Sky Trail, which is a high ropes adventure course. There is even a Sky Tykes course especially designed for kids aged 2 years and older, so everyone can join in the fun! If you fancy some splashtastic fun, they offer canoeing and kayaking, sailing and powerboating, plus white water rafting if you fancy an adrenaline rush! There is plenty to do here, whatever your age or ability level. Christmas event held during December.
