Jill Windmill, a restored traditional working windmill, built in 1821, located in the South Downs National Park.
Admission is by donation, and stoneground wholegrain flour is on sale to visitors on an occasional basis.
Over the course of the year, Jill Windmill is surrounded by a succession of wild flowers including snowdrops and daffodils. She affords spectacular views across the Sussex Weals.
Jill grinds flour when wind permits. On Open days there is a souvenir and tea shop, a free car park and a picnic area.
Most suited to children over 7 years old.
Disabled access to grounds and ground floor only. Jack Windmill is in private ownership and is not open to the general public
