Willen Lake is more than just a lake; it’s a beautiful park that offers something for everyone. Spread across 180 acres, this stunning location is split into two lakes: North Lake and South Lake. The lush greenery, serene waters, and well-maintained paths make it an ideal spot for a leisurely stroll or a picnic with family.
Dive into adventure with kayaking, power boating, stand-up paddleboarding, windsurfing, and even pedalo rides in flamingos, cars, dragons, and swans! Willen Lake is also home to one of the UK's largest outdoor splash parks, 'Splash 'n' Play'.
Beyond the water, explore the park on a segway, test your aim in archery, or tackle the Treetop Extreme high ropes course. Don’t miss the 36-metre-tall observation wheel for breathtaking views of the lake and its lush surroundings.
After a fun-filled day, relax at the café with hot drinks and cakes or enjoy hearty meals at the pub, featuring dishes like rainbow grain salad with chicken, classic burgers, and delectable desserts such as triple-chocolate brownie sundae and apple crumble with vegan vanilla ice cream.
