The Activities & Games on Offer

We don't just hand over a blaster and let the kids run wild. Every session is fully marshaled and structured around exciting, team-based game modes that keep players focused and moving.

1. Gel Blaster Battle Royale

This is our flagship activity. Players are equipped with fully automatic Gel Blasters that fire tiny, water-based gel pellets (called gellets). Because these pellets are made of non-toxic, biodegradable water-absorbent polymer, they burst on impact and quickly evaporate. You get a satisfying pop when you hit a target, but it doesn't leave a bruise or a stain.

The Arena: The battleground is packed with realistic tactical props, including wooden pallets, crates, and even old boats to use as cover.

Game Modes: Our site marshals use whistles and sirens to run fast-paced rounds like Capture the Flag, Domination, and Team Elimination. Players have to communicate, plan their attacks, and protect their teammates to win.

2. NERF Rival Tactical Battles

For those who prefer classic foam-blasting action, our NERF Rival sessions take things up a notch. Using high-performance blaster setups that fire small foam rounds, these games are incredibly fast-paced.

Unlimited Ammo: Unlike the Gel Blaster sessions where ammo is tracked by the hopper, our NERF Rival sessions include unlimited ammo, meaning the kids can keep their blasters loaded and firing for the entire game without a single worry.

3. Zorb Wars & Archery Tag

If you want to mix things up, our multi-activity packages allow groups to try out different styles of combat:

Zorb Wars: Kids strap themselves into giant, cushioned inflatable spheres and bounce, roll, and smash into their friends in hilarious, high-energy games.

Archery Tag: A brilliant test of skill and stealth. Players use real bows paired with specially designed foam-tipped safety arrows to tag opponents out from across the arena.

Birthday Parties & Private Group Bookings

Looking for a stress-free birthday party idea that the kids will actually talk about for weeks? Combat Zone MK specializes in hosted group events. Private bookings are available all year round (minimum group of 10 players) with flexible session lengths ranging from 1 to 3 hours.

Take the Hassle Out of Party Food: You don't need to spend your morning making dozens of sandwiches. We have partnered up with local favorite Willen Dragon to offer easy online food pre-ordering. You can have hot, fresh meals and refreshments delivered straight to your group session or party area right when the battle finishes.

What is Included & How to Prepare

Every standard entry ticket or party package includes everything a player needs to get straight into the action:

Full safety gear: Including mandatory eye protection goggles.

A comprehensive safety briefing: Led by our trained site marshals who supervise the arena at all times.

Your blaster and initial ammo: Standard sessions come with a blaster and a hopper loaded with roughly 800 gellets (extra ammo hoppers and mini-grenades can be easily bought at the kiosk if players get trigger-happy!).

Helpful Tips for Parents

What to wear: We highly recommend sturdy trainers or boots and outdoor clothing you don't mind getting dirty. While the gellets don't stain, kids will definitely be diving into the grass and mud to avoid getting tagged!

Arrival time: Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled slot so everyone can get kitted out and briefed without losing any precious playtime.

Where to find us: We are located right at the heart of Willen Lake (V10 Brickhill Street), meaning there is plenty of pay-and-display parking, public toilets, and beautiful lakeside walking paths right on our doorstep.
