Attraction Information

Military mad kids can flex their muscles with a trip to the REME Museum. All sorts of curiosities help to tell the tale of the REME Corps, while quizzes and family activities make sure everyone gets involved.

Formed in 1942, the museum covers a massive range of material relating to the Corps, including soldier’s diaries, letters and photographs to something as seemingly insignificant as a button. All of these elements thrown together though create a detailed picture of life as a soldier.

Families are well catered for with interactive exhibits, quizzes were they can compete for the top spot, and various activities scheduled throughout the year. Then for the final spectacle, check out the military engineering vehicles on display - they’re true treasures for any history buff.
