Barton House Railway

The Barton House Railway (BHR) recreates a charmingly traditional railway atmosphere where the whole family can enjoy a nostalgic steam experience from rail's golden age, only wee!

The narrow-gauge system supports 2 individual ride on railways with a variety of miniature locomotives, plus a fully working signalling system and even authentic vintage ticketing!

The museum is full of fascinating memorabilia related to Midland and Great Northern rail, so loads and loads for your little trainspotters to study and enthuse about! Trains run the 3rd Sunday of the month from April to October.
