Day ticket for Paignton Zoo on the English Riviera

Set on the English Riviera, Paignton Zoo is home to thousands of animals living in natural-themed habitats across 80 acres of gardens. As you explore, you'll move through different environments designed to reflect the conditions animals experience in the wild.

You'll encounter a wide range of species, from mammals and birds to reptiles and amphibians, while learning how each fits into its ecosystem. The focus throughout the zoo is on conservation and education, helping you gain a deeper appreciation of the natural world and the challenges wildlife faces today.

Beyond its animal habitats, Paignton Zoo is also a botanical garden, with around 1,600 plant species supporting both animal welfare and the overall environment. Indoor tropical and desert exhibits add variety to your visit, allowing you to experience different climates in one place.

With your ticket, you can visit the zoo at your own pace, discovering its gardens and wildlife areas as you go. For families, Jungle Fun offers an indoor soft play space designed to keep children entertained during the day.
