Are you ready to experience the UK’s premier Halloween event of the year? Whether you’re a true fear-seeker or looking for some thrills to fuel your chaotic Halloween energy – this is an event you don’t want to miss!

Beware of what lurks in the shadows… What terrifying creatures are behind locked doors or what you’ll awaken in the dark.

Did you know the theme park Fright Nights are an award-winning chilling Halloween event? And this year Thorpe Park Resort will be celebrating their 21st birthday! So, you should expect a birthday bash celebration like no other. Also they’re going all out with a terrifying experience that will shake your very bones… *gulp*

Don’t get lost in their intense scare mazes, try not to scream in the spine-tingling scare zones which may or may not have monsters to killer clowns lurking around every corner ready to pounce. Not forgetting the blood-curdling horror shows and awe-inspiring live-action experiences. Filled with scare actors, special effects and a scare experience like no other.

But that’s not all. You can even sit yourself down on some truly thrilling rides…in the dark. You’ve all heard of SAW right? And SAW – The Ride at Thorpe Park’s thrilling attraction? Well, try it in the dead of night. See if your other senses are heightened as you plummet down the 100-degree drop. It’s not called the world’s first horror-themed rollercoaster for nothing… And there are more rides you can experience in the hush of the night.

With a host of scare-inducing, tormented terrors and a dreaded collective of attractions, you’ll be in for a real fright.

So, if you think you’re brave enough to tackle the chilling theme, horrific creatures and a collection of horror classic characters… Then this might be the event for you. Of course, you can also come in fancy dress and get your scary on.

If you want the night to carry on and never end, well you can always opt in for an overnight stay at the Thorpe Shark Cabins for more spine-tingling chills and thrills.

You’ll be amazed at its nautical elements, fishy features and a whale of a time. Your rooms are quirky, fully comfortable and funky lightning! So, if you’re too scared from Fright Nights…you can choose to sleep with the light on. But we don’t know if that’ll help for those scaredy cats.

When is Thorpe Park Fright Night?

The event runs from 1st October – 31st October, from 15:00 till late!

What is included in the Fright Nights ticket?

Access to some of the most thrilling rides during the dark. Some scary live-action shows and spine-chilling zones. An additional paid ticket will be needed to experience the infamous scare maze.

How much are Fright Night tickets?

Fright Night is included in the Thorpe Park entry. Currently, tickets are £37.00 but are subject to change closer to the time. So, keep an eye out on their website!

Is the Fright Nights event included in all tickets?

Yes, all tickets will include the attractions for Fright Nights, like the live-action shows, scare zones and roaming scare actors. It does not include the scare maze, as a separate ticket needs purchasing for that.

Can guests dress up for the Halloween event?

Yes, you are welcome to dress up! But there are a few exceptions which are listed below:

  • No costume face masks
  • No items designed to look like offensive weapons
  • No items of clothing that may cause upset or offence

What is the age restriction for Fright Nights?

This Halloween event is truly scary and will offer a terrifying experience. So, no children under the age of 13 will be allowed.

Is the event suitable for families with children?

As the event starts from 15:00 – there will be designated areas across the park for ‘Fearseekers’, although the scare actors may roam outside of the zones. The event is recommended for children aged 13 and older.

Is the event wheelchair accessible?

The Fright Nights event is fully wheelchair accessible and some attractions may have a dedicated wheelchair route.
