The Scottish countryside is full of wonderful PYO farms and Charleton Fruit Farm proudly takes a spot on our list, as a well-known local favourite. The farm has been working since 1946, growing delicious strawberries every year. The season there starts around 20th June till the end of August – just in time for the summer school holidays!

Plus, at Charleton Fruit Farm your little adventurers will have plenty of things to keep them entertained including trampolines, a sandpit, go-karts, a football pitch, a large castle, and lots more. Picnics are not allowed, but you can sit at the cafe by the play area and enjoy a drink or an ice cream.
