About Lagoon Leisure Centre
If you are going to exercise, where better to go than the flagship centre for One Ren? Lagoon Leisure Centre offers a multitude of fun fitness adventures from a tropical leisure pool experience to a modern fitness suite, a large six-court sports hall and more... You'll find plenty to do regardless of what the actual weather is doing!
Things to do
Their leisure pool features a serious wave machine and an awesome flume slide so the daredevils amongst you can head into stormy seas and seek your fortune! Be careful to judge the depth well while you grow accustomed to it and if you're holding a small child, then it's best to ease into it from the beach entry rather than the other way around!
There is of course also a smaller pool for learners and their families, which is slightly warmer and set aside from the flume area, and of course there are no waves in this section. Some parent toddler sessions and junior lessons are held in this pool so it's worth checking their timetables if you've got a really small one.
Elsewhere in the centre you'll find loads of sports facilities and activities sessions available in pre bookable classes. Some of the activities with junior options include aerobics, badminton, basketball, dance fit, line dancing, thump boxing yoga and zumba! Whatever your passion, there are plenty of cool exercise classes to take up!
