Important Information

  • Not suitable for guests with heart problems or severe motion sickness
  • It is not advised to take part in this experience if you are pregnant
  • Only the first floor is wheelchair accessible. The attraction has 2 floors, separated by a spiral staircase, with no lift or ramp alternative to the second floor
  • Professional equipment used for filming is not allowed unless the corporate team has provided prior written consent
  • You may be denied entry if you seem dizzy, drunk, or under the influence of an illegal substance
  • Service animals. Guide dogs or assistant dogs are permitted only
  • Infants aged 3 and under can enjoy free admission. There's a maximum of 3 infants per adult/booking
  • Children under the age of 12 must always be supervised by an adult or guardian over the age of 18
  • No more than 20 people can be in the house at the same time. Each floor is limited to 10 people, with the overall experience lasting about 15-20 minutes
  • Queues may be exceptionally longer on weekends, school holidays, and peak times. The venue staff manages queues and assists visitors as best as they can
  • The local operator is not responsible for any personal injury once you have entered the house
  • Remember to bring your smartphone, GoPro, or camera
