This is the sort of day out that works well for dinosaur fans, younger children and mixed-age family groups. Pushchairs are allowed, although the official accessibility guidance notes that grass, woodland paths, uneven ground and gradients may make some areas harder for wheelchair users.

The Lost Kingdom is an outdoor park event with dinosaur displays set along a walking route. Families should wear suitable clothing and shoes for grass and woodland paths, especially after rain.
Visitors choose a date and entry time when booking. Once inside, you can stay as long as you wish, provided you arrive within the event window and leave by closing time.
Pushchairs are allowed and children under 2 can enter free. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

- Depending on the weather, the trails can get muddy. Make sure to wear appropriate (and comfy) shoes and check forecast before!
- Don’t miss: Look out for less familiar dinos like Protoceratops & Yunnanosaurus! They're just as cool as the well-known ones!
- There are so many food stalls to choose from at the event including churros, burgers & hotdogs, hot and cold drinks, crepes & waffles, noodles and more. So make sure to check it out!
