GelBlaster Battlezone at Scorpion Airsoft is a glow-in-the-dark combat experience set inside a historic WW2 RAF Hospital complex in West Raynham, near Fakenham. Sessions last 3 hours and are designed for players aged 6 to 13, though older participants are welcome. Unlike traditional airsoft, gel blasters fire soft hydrogel pellets that cause little to no bruising, making this a lower-impact alternative ideal for younger children and first-timers.
Your group receives a full safety briefing, all equipment (gel blaster rifles, face masks, gloves, and unlimited ammo), and expert guidance from ex-military instructors. Game modes include Capture the Flag, Infected, and Team Deathmatch, all played across two floors of atmospheric bunker corridors and decontamination rooms featuring original 1938 architecture.
Scorpion Airsoft provides water and squash throughout, plus a team photograph at the end. You're welcome to bring your own birthday cake and snacks, which can be enjoyed in the safe zone or at outdoor picnic tables. Players should wear long sleeves, full-length trousers, and sturdy footwear; a waterproof jacket is recommended if the weather turns, as some outdoor areas connect the buildings.

Your 3-hour session takes place inside authentic military buildings dating back to 1938, including corridors, stairwells, and pitch-black airlocks that lead into the hospital decontamination centre. The original features create an immersive battlefield that can't be replicated in temporary outdoor fields.
