RHS Flower Show Tatton Park

If you’re a family nestled in the North West of England then you may already be familiar with Tatton Park. This historical mansion and National Trust garden are filled with all kinds of fairytale findings and 300 years of history.

The 50 acres of landscaped gardens include Japanese Gardens, a terrace garden, rose gardens, Pleasure Grounds, a magnificent arbour, and so much more. You can expect to see a full spectrum of colour, from fiery reds to fuchsia pinks, brunt orange, lemon-yellow and emerald green.

There are many other interesting aspects of the estate like the 300-year-old glasshouses! These ancient buildings were used to grow figs, pineapples, apricots, peaches and nectarines. Nowadays, the glasshouses are used for beautiful orchids.

And of course, we can’t forget to mention the 40-acre farm! Your little ones will get the chance to meet and feed calves, chicks, and kids. There also co-milking demonstrations, woodland trails, den-building activities and so much more!

Wander along the ancient garden pathways on the family trail activity and uncover each of the unique and stunning gardens.

If you’ve caught the trail bug, what’s to stop you from following the Tea Garden Trail too (in the Japanese Garden)? The Tatton Gardens are very special and will make your little ones feel as if they are inside a storybook.
