How To Make A Halloween Bat Out Of Paper

  1. Using sellotape, wrap your toilet roll up in black paper or if you prefer you could also use black paint.
  2. Make your bat’s wings by cutting out strips of black paper with scissors. Cut jagged edges in the paper, along the bottom. Use our photo as a guide to the jagged shape. Using sellotape, or glue dots, stick the wings on the back of the newly papered toilet roll from step 1.
  3. Bat fangs can be created by using white paper cut into points. These can then be stuck onto the base of the toilet roll to begin your bat’s face.
  4. For your bat’s eyes, use orange paper to cut 2 large circles. Afterwards, add a pair of googly eyes. An alternative, if you have not got any googly eyes is to use a black marker pen to draw dots in the middle of the orange circles.
  5. Have fun with your Halloween bat!

How To Make a Halloween Ghost Out of Paper

  1. Wrap your toilet roll up in white paper, using sellotape or white paint.
  2. Using black paper, create a pair of dark, scary eyes for your ghost. Cut the paper into black circles and glue these to the front of your white toilet roll from step 1.
  3. For your ghost’s mouth, cut a smaller circle than the eyes with black paper and stick this onto the roll.
  4. You can add spooky, floating ghost arms if you like, by using strips of white paper with long finger shapes cut at the end.
  5. Why not take trick your new ghost friend trick or treating!?

How To Make A Halloween Witch Decoration Out Of Paper

  1. First, choose the colour of your witch character. A green or light orange face is a good choice for this fun craft. Then, colour, paint, or wrap the paper toilet roll in the colour of your choice.
  2. To make a witch hat, first cut black craft paper with scissors into a pointed hat shape. Then stick a thin piece of paper on the bottom to make the base of your witch hat. Now you can get creative with your hat design! Exciting! The choice of what to use is endless. For example, you could use star-shaped stickers or glitter to jazz it up or stick on some little sequins. Use tacky glue or sellotape to attach your spooktacular hat to the top of your toilet roll.
  3. Every good Halloween witch must have some scary hair! There are a few options for this that you might like to try. Pipe cleaners twisted and curled around the toilet roll would be a good idea, or you could simply cut strips of orange paper to style around the face.
  4. Now time to draw a face on your witch. Position googly eyes below the hat and draw a mouth. Have you made a cute witch with a smile, or does she have a sinister grin? The choice is yours!
  5. Enjoy your witchcraft!!
