For over 265 years, Hamleys has been creating magical moments for families, and this Christmas, the magic is bigger than ever with our Jingle Town Fair! The Regent Street flagship store, the ultimate toy destination with over 20,000 toys across seven floors, is transforming into a festive wonderland.
Step inside to discover a world of seasonal characters, interactive events, and joyful surprises. Children and families can meet the beloved Hamley Bear, take part in playful games and challenges, and watch the Twinkle Jingle Town Parade light up the store with music, dancing, and festive sparkle. The magic doesn’t stop at the store, with the Hamleys Christmas Bus touring Central London’s sparkling Christmas lights and spreading holiday cheer with beloved Hamleys friends, music, and festive surprises!
This Christmas, Hamleys promises laughter, hugs, dancing, and magical memories for children and grown-ups alike. From smiles to sparkles, the Jingle Town Fair will bring festive joy and unforgettable moments for the whole family.

Meet Hamley Bear
Hamley, the beloved festive bear, meets friends daily, sharing hugs, high fives, dance moves, and holiday cheer.
Everyday, 1pm & 2:30pm, Front of Store
Twinkle Jingle Town Parade
Join the elves as they travel through the entire store, showing off their best moves to festive tunes. The best part? Everyone can join in and dance along!
Everyday, 4pm, Starting on the Ground Floor
Hamleys Opening Ceremony
Everyday, Hamley Bear and the elves start the day with the famous opening ceremony! It starts with a friendly introduction, a big 10-second countdown, and the ringing of the bell for the doors to open – and the magic to begin!
