first impressions were good, queue to get in went down fast and we received a map, there a lot to look at so hard to know where to start, but we started with the meerkats and worked our way around from there.
seeing the animals was really good, was only the tiger we never managed to see, we went to see him twice but each time a member of staff was in his home (looks like they were fixing stuff) staff were friendly, like most attractions food was kinda pricey, you get free water though and you can refill your bottles/cups whenever which I thought was good, the only negative I would say is the toilets are filthy.

food options were ok, we went to the restaurant which was at the beginning was mostly pizza and chips, I thought it was abit pricey for what it was, we had slushes which was nice, water is free and you get to fill up yourself.
There is a fish and chips place also but we never tried that and ice cream ect…
Recommend bringing your own snacks and picnic there is a lot of benches and food area where you can sit and eat
Safety didn’t see any issues with, toilets I would say need a lot of improvement
Entertainment was the animals and splash pad which was good
Food and drink was ok, free water was a bonus
Queue went down really fast, crowds we found were at the beginning we took our time and found hardly any crowds as everyone had moved on
Was a fun day out kids enjoyed it and I would go again
Value for money was good specially with the 12 months free
Was a good day out, we got to do everything we wanted apart from see the tiger, but as we get 12 months free I’m sure we will see him at some point, would definitely go back again and I recommend it to friends who went the same week after us.
