We enjoyed three nights at Alton Towers Hotel in the Arctic Explorer room. It was spacious, comfortable and clean. Perfect for a family of four. The hotel staff were cheerful, friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The themed room was incredible - the kids didn't want to leave! Breakfast at the Secret Garden was great and the evening entertainment was brilliant.
Best family hotel we've stayed in. The Gangsta Granny room was hilarious and the kids absolutely loved it. Dragons Bar was a great spot for a quiet drink.
