Important Information

  • Present your e-ticket at any of the available piers within the Central and East zones (between Battersea Power Station and Barking Riverside) and at the Old Royal Naval College.
  • This activity is wheelchair accessible
  • Service animals are allowed
  • Hazardous materials, inflammable substances, and items over 2 meters in length are not allowed
  • Thames Clipper services run from early in the morning until late at night (06:00-23:00 depending on the pier) 7 days a week. From key central London piers, boats depart every 10-20 minutes
  • The boat single journey is valid for travel to/from any piers within the Central and East zones (between Battersea Power Station and Barking Riverside)
  • Boarding is on a first-come, first-served basis
  • Old Royal Naval College opening times: The Painted Hall, Chapel and Visitor Centre: daily 10:00-17:00 (last entry at 16:30). Grounds: daily 08:00-23:00
  • The ticket is valid only for the selected date
  • Ensure all belongings are securely stored during travel
  • Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult at all times
