Go Ape Bedgebury is set within Bedgebury National Pinetum, one of the most beautiful woodland sites in the South East of England. Located in the High Weald of Kent, just 12 miles southeast of Tunbridge Wells, it offers a brilliant combination of high ropes thrills and stunning forest surroundings for families, older children and adults.
The site is home to four distinct experiences, making it one of the most versatile Go Ape locations in the country. Whether you are bringing young children for their first taste of treetop adventure or a group of adults ready for a serious challenge, there is an activity matched to your level.
Treetop Challenge is Go Ape's original and most demanding high ropes course, featuring fast zip wires, tough obstacles and a signature 170-metre zip that carries you through a tunnel of dense forest greenery. For those stepping up from younger courses, Treetop Adventure Plus offers mid-level confidence-building high ropes. Younger climbers aged 4 to 10 can take on Treetop Adventure, an entry-level introduction to the treetops. And brand new for 2026, Forest Biking lets you hire bikes and explore Bedgebury's forest trails on two wheels.
After your session, the pinetum itself is well worth exploring, with walking routes, a play trail, a main cafe near the car park and a grab-and-go kiosk close to the Go Ape cabin.
