Is there disabled access?

If you have low mobility or you are a wheelchair user then you will be relieved to know that the entire attraction is on one level.

There are fully accessible WC toilets that contain a changing area and an adult-sized bench. There is a decent space in the disabled toilets for a disabled adult and up to two carers.

The majority of exhibits can be enjoyed by all, although a few minor exhibits present some height issues.

What is the average time to spend at the attraction?

Most visitors spend between 1 to 2 hours here. Make sure you arrive if you have booked a dedicated entry time slot. Once you are inside, you can explore at your own pace!

Is it bookings only?

Booking online is a good idea as it guarantees your entry. However, walk-ups are more than welcome too. You can book online.

Is there strobe lighting?

There is one small section with ambient strobe lighting. If this is not for you, please speak to a team member at reception. We’ll get that turned off for you, at a flick of a switch … not a problem.
