Hello Friends! The iconic queen of cute (Hello Kitty) has officially landed in Birmingham and we could not be more excited. For a limited time, Primark will be home to the cutest cafe in town! The Hello Kitty Cafe has a range of delicious treats like waffles, bubble tea and bao buns inspired by the Queen of Sanrio herself.

Can we just take a moment to appreciate the genius of Bow Buns? We are absolutely LIVING for that!

The cafe is painted pink and red and adorned with colourful cupcakes, bows, doughnuts and of course – Hello Kitty! Next to the cafe is a WHOLE Hello Kitty section full of adorable merch that will leave you feeling like the coolest kitty in town!

Pssttt… Did you know that Hello Kitty is celebrating her 50th anniversary this year? And what better way to celebrate than sipping on a pink milkshake and eating a Hello Kitty Waffle before browsing the shelves adorned with Hello Kitty?

Wondering what deliciously cute treats are on the menu? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! From iced drinks to sweet treats, this Kitty Cafe has it all!

  • Bow Buns – BBQ Pulled Pork, Karaage Chicken and Vegan Duck with Hoisin Sauce
  • Hello Kitty Waffles (you can choose from Strawberry, Cinnamon or Chocolate)
  • Kitty Pink Milkshake – strawberry milkshake with strawberry sauce and whipped cream topped with a pink iced doughnut and sprinkles
  • Kitty White Milkshake – white chocolate milkshake with whipped cream topped with a white iced doughnut and white chocolate curls
  • Bubble Tea (passionfruit tea, pineapple tea and strawberry tea)

Oh! And for all your matcha enthusiasts out there – you’ll be excited to hear that the cafe will be serving matcha tea and iced matcha lattes!!
