Pick Your Own Pumpkins at Pumpkin Pete's

Six acres of pumpkins, grown by a family who have farmed this land a long time. Moor Court Farm is run by Hannah and Ed, and Ed is the fourth generation of his family to work it, which is the sort of thing you notice in a patch laid out by people who know the ground.

Pick-your-own pumpkins run from £1 to £10, so there is room for a child to choose something small of their own as well as a centrepiece for the doorstep. Photo opportunities and activities are set up around the patch rather than left to chance, so the visit has some shape to it beyond walking the rows.

Food is handled by The Beefy Boys and other stalls on site through October. The circus is coming to Pumpkin Pete's for autumn 2026, which is a new addition to the season rather than a returning fixture, and worth factoring into how long you allow.

The 2026 season runs from Saturday 3 October to Friday 30 October, and tickets are booked in advance rather than bought at the gate, so choose your date before you set out. The patch sits at Stretton Grandison, out in the Herefordshire countryside near Ledbury.
