Really nice friendly staff that were very helpful. They gave my daughter a leaflet that could be stamped on our way around and then exchanged for a sticker. They made it clear that you can come as many times as you want through the day

There were talks and feeds of different fish throughout the day. There was also a mermaid meet and great but my daughter was too old for this so we skipped it. You could just take your time to walk around and interact with the fishes on display. There were plenty of information boards near every tank. Lots of lovely photo opportunities with the fish as your background

options There is an onsite cafe with a small amount of snacks available. I bought a small bottle of water and that was £1.99.
There are many food and drink outlets nearby. Bargains can be found. My advise is to take your own snacks and water as there is plenty of space to sit down outside
Very clean and safe
Plenty of things going on to entertain old and young
Not cheap, not healthy
Small queue but dealt with very quickly
Brilliant for any fish lovers
I had a discount on my tickets, there are often a kids go free offer. And you can leave and go back
We have already visited again! It was a beautiful way to spend some quality hours away from technology. Beautiful fish in lovely surroundings and we all learnt something. Everyone will find a favourite spot from the octopus to the poisonous frogs. Time slips away and you dont notice
