Our Arrival & First Impressions

When we arrived

Arrived later than planned due to unexpected traffic. When we got there we were put in one of the car parks furthest from the entrance, however it didn't take long to walk up and was well organised. We'd purchased tickets in advance and got through the gates very quickly. It was extremely busy at the entrance especially at the toilets but this was expected.

Activities Breakdown

My little one is just 90cm. Duplo land was best suited for his height, although each area had at least 2 or 3 activities little ones can join in with.

However due to the queue times it did limit how much we could do whilst there. Some queues were far too long for a 3 year old to manage.

Food & Drink

We bought lunch at Pirates Burger Kitchen.

Prices as expected for a place like this. Good amount of options including vegetarian.

Deals for merlin pass holders

Pros & Cons Summary

Positive

What We Loved

  • TickLots to explore. Especially for bigger children
Negative

Could Be Better

  • CrossWish there had been a few more rides for younger children. Some of the rides were very similar to what you'd find at a funfair.
