We had the best time at Jump Inc in Hunts Cross for Maisie’s 5th birthday with 8 other children. They absolutely loved the trampolines and had such a fun time celebrating together, although check-in was a little slow and it was 2.10pm before they got on.

Our Arrival & First Impressions

Waiting to enter

The entrance was very dull and not very inviting, which was a bit disappointing at first. It didn’t give much of a fun first impression.

Activities Breakdown

We visited Jump Inc in Hunts Cross for Maisie’s 5th birthday with 8 other children, and they really enjoyed the bouncy castle area, the trampolines, and the ninja course. The children had lots of fun, although the bouncy section didn’t seem to be monitored by staff, which was a concern.

  1. 1

    Bouncy fun

The bouncy castle area was a huge favourite with the children, especially my daughter, and she loved how much there was to explore. It wasn’t monitored by staff, which was a concern, as other children started calling my daughter names and it was upsetting.

Food & Drink

We didn’t buy anything ourselves, but one of the other mums did and said the prices were quite steep. For two drinks, a slush, and a small pot of Pringles, it came to £16, which felt expensive.

Money-Saving Tip

Look for discount sites or offers before booking to help save money, and consider eating afterwards instead of buying food there as the prices are quite high.

Overall Verdict & Ratings

B Tried & Tested - Day Out With The Kids
Safety & Cleanliness2.0

The venue looked fairly clean, but the bouncy area didn’t seem well monitored, which was concerning.

Rides & Entertainment4.0

The trampolines, bouncy castle area, and ninja course were the main highlights and the children loved them.

Food & Drink2.0

The food and drink were expensive, so I would recommend eating before or after your visit.

Queues & Crowds2.0

Check-in was slow and it was 2.10pm before the children got onto the trampolines

Fun & Delight4.0

The children had a brilliant time and it was a lovely way to celebrate Maisie’s 5th birthday.

Value for Money2.0

It was a fun experience, but the slow entry and high prices made it feel a bit expensive overall.

The Final Verdict:

We had a fun day at Jump Inc for Maisie’s 5th birthday and the children especially loved the bouncy castle area, trampolines, and ninja course. However, the slow check-in, the lack of staff monitoring in the bouncy area, and the high food and drink prices let it down a bit. I would probably recommend it for a fun birthday outing, but I’d go in knowing it can feel a little disorganised and expensive. I’d consider visiting again for the children’s enjoyment, but not without expecting a few issues.

Yellow Line
"A fun birthday day out, but the slow check-in, pricey food, and lack of supervision in the bouncy area made it a mixed experience."
