Overall a fun family day. We enjoyed big thrills and getting close to animals. But it’s only a once visit for us.

Our Arrival & First Impressions

Loved all the animals

quick to get from the car park to the front of the attraction, we arrived just before it opened so had to queue once we got in it was fairly smooth and we headed to the 1st ride.

Activities Breakdown

Mandrill mayhem
Zufari

It was a great mix of big rides and animals.

We particularly enjoyed the sea life part, it did give you something to do if you were fed up waiting in queues. The queues for the big rides were mostly around 50-70 mins. They have an app which we found really useful to use as you can create an itinerary on it and it’ll tell you quick the times for the rides your really like to do and how far away from them you are. Unfortunately one of the big main rides was closed for the day when we were there and the kids decided a croc drop wasn’t for them. There was lots of things for younger ones to do. But they were strict on their height restrictions

  1. 1

    Sealife

The sealife and seeing the string rays was my fave part - I’m not a big rides lover
    Sting tau
  2. 2

    The rides

Kids loved the rides, especially mandrill mayhem and dragons fury

Food & Drink

There were lots of fast food options. They were on the pricey side and unfortunately a long wait for some of them. We did est a meal there as an adult I had a kids meal and it was enough, but we waited over 40 mins for it so by the time it arrived I was so hungry I forgot to take a picture

Money-Saving Tip

Take your own food. They have lots of water refill stations which is great. But the food is on the expensive side in my opinion

Overall Verdict & Ratings

A Tried & Tested - Day Out With The Kids
Safety & Cleanliness5.0

Felt clean overall and safe on rides

Rides & Entertainment4.0

Some great rides but if a couple close the bigger kids would get frustrated

Food & Drink3.0

The food was nice but not budget friendly

Queues & Crowds5.0

For a day in the summer holiday it didn’t feel over crowded. Queues were as expected for summer holidays

Fun & Delight5.0

We had a great day overall

Value for Money4.0

Great mix of rides and animals

The Final Verdict:

Overall we had a great day, we enjoyed seeing the animals and some big thrills. The queues were too long to go on the big rides more than once. We got round it and did everything we felt we wanted to in one day so don’t feel the need to go back. I think it’s great for kids 6-10 if you live further than an hour away or really want to do something specific. But there’s not enough for us to want to do the 3 hour drive again.
