Bostock Sunflowers

A large field with a specified area converted to a car park, meaning plenty of space for parking which is essential with little ones. As soon as we walked up, there was a large seating area (both in and out of shade) and toys for the children, including a sandpit, ride on tractors, play house and football goals! The sunflowers looked beautiful and we spotted the Maze immediately, as it was a new attraction.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the various activities available for a free attraction! On entry, there was a small play area sectioned off in the field (along with the seating) with a sandpit, tractors, a playhouse etc for the little ones to enjoy and play together with. There were also footballs and goals which was great for older children. There was a food and drink stand, but equally the seating could be used regardless of purchase which was a nice touch. A tractor trailer ride was a available which my little one loved (and went free on - adults and older children were chargeable). The sunflower field was beautiful and in full bloom, which was a pleasure to look at and walk through, with the option to purchase sunflowers if wanted. Finally, the maize maze was a new part of the attraction this year and a huge hit with our little boy! It was much bigger than expected, with an optional purchase of a trail available, but otherwise free! Garden knomes were hidden throughout, and we let our toddler lead the way and actually ended up being in there for an hour.

We did not eat at the attraction, but the food available smelt really nice and seemed popular and reasonably priced. We brought cans of pop from the stand which were very reasonably priced and cold.
