Our Arrival & First Impressions

Arriving at Flip out

first impressions were very good. It was easy to access within the shopping centre in Watford and looks very clean and new.

Activities Breakdown

Flip out watford offers several different activities that are all included within the entry price from soft play areas, dodgems, roller skating to PlayStation gaming zone.

  1. 1

    Dodgems

Dodgems are always going to be a top highlight for my son (and for me too)!
  2. 2

    Roller Skating

Learning to roller skate and to balance. My son quickly improved during the session starting with balance aids, but going on his own by the end.
    Starting with balance aids
  3. 3

    Arcades

The arcades are another favourite of my sons to spend some time (as well as my money)

Food & Drink

there is a diner in the venue itself though we didn’t take advantage of this during this visit.

Money-Saving Tip

To save money you can bring your own food and drink, or alternatively there are plenty of food options outside of the venue still within the shopping centre that offer food for any tastes and budget.

Overall Verdict & Ratings

A Tried & Tested - Day Out With The Kids
Safety & Cleanliness5.0

Venue was very clean

Rides & Entertainment5.0

Plenty of choices for the kids, so should be something to entertain any children whatever their preferences.

Food & Drink2.0

Usual unhealthy choices available, although plenty of alternative options just outside the venue.

Queues & Crowds5.0

Was never too busy during our visit without any queues.

Fun & Delight5.0

The children enjoyed everything they did while there.

Value for Money4.0

It is good fun, but could be quite expensive especially if also having food there.

The Final Verdict:

Overall this was a good day out. We would definitely go visit again, though due to the costs will probably leave it a while before we do visit.

Yellow Line
"His confidence and balance improved so quickly on his first time trying roller skating."
