What’s Already There
Avengers Campus is already open and absolutely brilliant for Marvel fans. The reimagined Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster (now starring Iron Man) and the WEB Spider-Man interactive attraction are both crowd-pleasers. The nighttime show “Disney Tales of Magic” is also running and is well worth staying late for.
Bottom line: Disney Adventure World in 2026 is a genuinely different park to what families visited even in 2025. If the old Walt Disney Studios felt a little thin on content, that criticism simply doesn’t apply any more.
World of Frozen: Step Into Arendelle
This is the one families have been waiting years for, and it looks absolutely stunning. World of Frozen recreates the Kingdom of Arendelle at life-size scale, complete with towering Nordic architecture, Elsa’s Ice Palace crowning the North Mountain, and a vibrant village square that feels genuinely transported from the films.

Disney Cascade of Lights: The Nighttime Show That Will Blow Your Mind
Every great theme park visit ends with something spectacular, and in 2026 Disneyland® Paris has raised the bar considerably. “Disney Cascade of Lights” is the brand-new nighttime spectacular launching at Adventure Bay on 29 March, and it sounds like nothing we’ve seen before.
The show uses 379 drones (including the world’s first water-drones, developed specifically for this show), choreographed fountains, water screens, and pyrotechnics, all set to a powerful orchestral Disney score. It’s a full 360-degree experience staged on the new Adventure Bay lake, meaning you’re surrounded by the action rather than just watching it from a single viewpoint.
Disney partnered with French tech company Dronisos to develop drones that are more resistant to wind and rain, which is very welcome news for UK families used to planning around unpredictable weather!

Upgrades to Classic Attractions

Ratatouille: The Adventure
Since October 2025, Disney Imagineers have been working on a major refurbishment of Ratatouille: L’Aventure Totalement Toquée de Rémy. The queue now features a brand-new scene set in a Parisian artist’s studio, complete with paint-splattered canvases and curious rats. Inside the ride itself, expect new props, enhanced projections, and oversized set pieces that make the experience of being shrunk to Remy’s size feel even more convincing.
The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror
From spring 2026, Tower of Terror gets a new covered outdoor waiting area designed to look like the remnants of a once-glamorous hotel patio. It’s dripping with eerie storytelling details and clever props that deepen the mystery of the hotel’s history before you’ve even stepped inside.
Thunder Mesa Riverboat Landing
By the end of summer 2026, the Rivers of the Far West in Frontierland will feature brand-new scenes. Inspired by original sketches from Disney Legend and Imagineer Marc Davis, new figures include majestic buffaloes on the prairie and playful critters perched on a floating log. The iconic Molly Brown riverboat has also been freshly refurbished from stem to stern.

New Dining and Disney Village Refreshes
Food and drink at Disneyland® Paris is getting a serious glow-up in 2026. Adventure Way alone brings 14 new dining locations to the resort, ranging from casual bites to the elegant Regal View Restaurant and Lounge (the park’s first-ever lounge concept, perfect for a grown-up moment while the kids enjoy princess dining!).
Beyond the new park, Disney Village is also welcoming new restaurants and reimagined shops. Annette’s Diner and the Disney Sequoia Lodge hotel are both undergoing major transformations to elevate the wider resort experience.

- Lion King Pride Lands – A dedicated Lion King area themed to the African savanna, featuring a brand-new water attraction that plunges guests beneath Pride Rock following Simba’s journey. Construction is already underway, with an expected opening in 2028 or later.
- Up! Flying Carousel – A family-friendly flying carousel themed to Pixar’s Up, also in development for Disney Adventure World.
