Yes, that means more of your favourite fandoms, nerding out over your favourite superheroes and getting the exclusive scoop on all things comics, TV, movies, wrestling, anime, sci-fi or gaming. What is MCM London Comic Con?

MCM Comic Con is a three-day weekend celebration of all things pop culture. That means a full-blown celebration of comic books, TV, anime, gaming, movies and more! It’s so much fun! You can expect to see incredible cosplays, amazing guests, new releases, exclusive previews, tabletop games, merch and more! It’s the perfect destination for families who want to immerse themselves in the world of popular culture!

Where is Comic Con London being held?

MCM London Comic Con 2024 will be taking place at the ExCel London Centre on the 24th – 26th May 2024.

Did you know that MCM London Comic Con has been held at the ExCel London twice yearly since 2002? That means MCM London Comic Con is 22 years old!

Things To Do At Comic Con

You may be thinking, what can you do at Comic Con besides walking around? The answer? So so much!! Whatever you are into, you’ll find some amazing treasures on the show floor with incredible exhibitors showcasing some truly awesome memorabilia. The artist’s alley is where it’s at if you absolutely love comic and manga art. One artist even drew my sister as a manga character once!! You’ll find art prints of your favourite worlds and characters to take home.

Head on over to the Cosplay Zone to practice your pose, take centre stage and showcase your incredible designs. Even if you’re not cosplaying, the Cosplay Zone is a perfect way to learn about the work that goes into making the costumes, pick up tips and get inspired! Will you be cosplaying this year? There are also plenty of stage shows and panels for you to enjoy including, celebrity Q&As, screenings, performances, workshops, competitions, live gaming, insightful discussions and so much more!

That’s Not All!

Gamers! You have to check out the gaming area, it comes complete with a gaming bus, free-to-play consoles, retro machines, competitions and more. If you are more of a tabletop gamer then, the tabletop realm is the place to be! Enjoy the RPG Zone, Dungeons and Dragons, Themed Board Games, Cards Corner, Miniature Paint and Go.

If you have little kids, be sure to stop by the Treehouse! It’s the perfect place to take a breather, take part in some face painting, family lounge, kids crafts and more.

For all you book lovers! They have a Writer’s Block where you’ll find a bunch of literary panels, author signings and author tables! It’s your one-stop shop for everything brilliantly bookish! I am buzzing for this!!

Guest Panel at Comic Con!

London Comic Con is known for having some incredible guest panellists including film stars Tom Hiddleston and Jason Momoa! *swoon* 

This year’s lineup includes Billy Harris (Ted Lasso), Brendan Wayne and Emily Swallow (The Mandalorian), Eric Vale (My Hero Academia), Rob Paulson (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles), Ian Sinclair (Dragon Ball Super), Colleen Clinkenbeard (One Piece) and so many more incredible guests!

You can get an autograph or photo shoots taken with the panel of stars too! 

They have also just announced new Literary panellists!! Holly Jackson (best-selling author of the book A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder), Derek Landy (author of the Skullduggery Pleasant series) and Lisa Jewell (acclaimed thriller author of Invisible Girl) will be joining the guest list!
