What is the Dragon Roll Experience?

a red dragon sushi
Were you always told to not play with your food growing up? Well, at Inamo London they hold special How to Roll Your Own Dragon sushi classes, so it’s encouraged!

The head sushi chef will be revealing his ultra-super secret to his guests in the masterclass. Where you’ll be shown how to make Inamo’s signature dish – Dragon Roll sushi!! A delicious, refreshing, tangy and tasty crunchy tempura shrimp, and creamy avocado with mayo, in the shape of a dragon! Eyes, mouth and scales too! If that’s not playing with your food, then I don’t know what is!

The masterclass lasts for 45 minutes and you’ll even be shown how to make a second sushi roll! For those who are vegan and vegetarian, they have the Red Dragon Roll which is the vegan and vegetarian sister to the signature dish. So, everyone is included!

The class doesn’t end there though… You can add the option to indulge in a bottomless brunch. With unlimited Asian tapas and sushi dishes, you can choose from a list of 30! Added with free-flowing wine, beer or a little bit of bubbles.

Quirky, playful and of course, super tasty. What more?
