What Does The Goga Experience Include?
Did you know the health benefits of yoga stretches? There are so many, we wonder why we didn’t start it yesterday! You can improve your core strength, and flexibility, lower blood pressure and is a great stress reliever. It’s also designed to promote good mental health.
Especially when you combine 60 minutes of yoga with a baby goat!
Think of this – as you’re breathing in deep and moving into your stretching pose you can feel your muscles relax and your head feel clearer as you carry out your breathing exercises. But then you hear a baa and you open your eyes and see a pygmy goat nestling near your feet.
Sure, it may stop you from doing yoga. But it brings a massive smile to your face, makes you laugh and fully relax and enjoy the session. Because everyone loves animals!
They’re cute and cuddly and melt everyone’s hearts.
And this goat experience definitely hits the spot. With 60 minutes of yoga with goat cuddle time, and a yoga teacher showing you the best yoga stretches, you’ll be relaxed in no time.
It sounds like the ideal way to release your tension and tightness in the body, right?
What’re you waiting for? You have groups of pygmy goats waiting for you!
